When are you opening?

We are now open for the 2022 season! Our Opening times are as follows: 9th - 24th April: 9am - 5pm every day. Friday/Saturday/Sunday until 27th May. May Half Term 27th May - 5th June: 9am - 5pm every day Weds - Sun until 13th July Summer Holidays 13th July - 4th Sept: 9am - 5pm every day Weds - Sun until Close. Our mid-week times can vary so please visit our booking website to see available session times.
Do you have parking?

There is a number of paid car parks within walking distance of Wild Shore Liverpool. The nearest car park which includes disabled parking is 50m from our entrance in the Royal Albert Dock.
Are there changing facilities?

Yes. We have basic changing facilities on site available for all our customers.
Are there toilets?

There are public toilets 100m from Wild Shore Liverpool, inside the Royal Albert Dock.
What are the minimum ages?

All participants must be aged 6+. 6-8 year olds must be accompanied on to all activities by an adult. 8-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult on to site, but adults are not required to take part in the activities.

Do you clean the kit?

Yes, we have very stringent cleaning measures in place. All our wetsuits, helmets and buoyancy aids are cleaned thoroughly after each use.
How long are your vouchers valid for?

Our vouchers are valid for a year from date of purchase. You can redeem them on our website when booking or you can give us a call to use them and we will gladly assist you to get booked in.
Are there showers on site?

We do not have showers on site. Treat your trip like a day at the beach.
When do I need to arrive for my session?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before your session start time, to allow for checking in and changing.
What size wetsuits do you have?
